Basic

Consultation is free of cost. Our billing is time based and decided after approval from client.
It varies from process to process some processes are done immediately while others take time so it wholly depend on the process. In any case our commitment to the client is equal in all the processes either small or large.

Audit
The function provided to us varies from the nature of assignment. We can perform function as an statutory auditor, review, complete audit in case of dispute, internal audit funciton, etc.
We can not perform your accounting when appointed as auditor due to the reason that it will create self review threat.
The number of staff members solely depends on the nature of assignment and it will be determined once we are finalizing the engagement.
Our scope of audit as an statutory auditor is to perform audit of financial statement to give reasonable assurance that the financial statements give true and fair view.
Taxation
We deals in all types of taxation which includes to Income Tax, Sales Tax, Services Tax with provincial authorities, etc.
We try to complete the cases at 1st stage. That is at department level so the time and expenses of the client are saved.
We accept a client after performing our internal evaluation.
Tax Avoidance is illegal. We only give advice related to tax planning. So the client can give due tax with the optimized output and minimum cash flow.
Accounting

Being a service provide Time is our inventory and our charges are also based on the time we put in at an assignment.

Our professional charges depends on the time consumed on the assignment and the complication of the matter involved.
Initial evaluation and consultation is free. Charges are charged after the engagement is accepted.
When performing evaluation of professional charges we take into consideration the estimated time taken to complete the assignment and complexity of the assignment are taken into account.
We also request the client for reimbursement of out of pocket expenses which are paid to our staff for commutation from and to the client premises.
